A total area of 300 m² offers space for larger productions. The studio has a stonewalled infinity cove of 22m length with a clear ceiling height of 5m. The ceiling rail system has 10 load motors and 2 turnstiles. Audio recording is possible for a large part of the studio is located underground. It is also accessible by car (headroom 2.40m).
High-voltage current at 63 A is supplied at this venue along with two large autolights for car shootings and a large canvas. Electricity costs are 0,38€/kWh.
Internet connection via network and WLAN (VDSL 50000) is available. A large food market and a catering firm are located in immediate proximity. The studio’s infinity cove can be painted on request in Chroma Key Bluescreen or Chroma Key Greenscreen at an extra cost.

Besides its usage as a rental and film-studio the location is often booked for events, such as market research inquiries and media training.

The studio is located 3km from Frankfurt Trade Fair, about 6km from Frankfurt Central Station and about 10km from Frankfurt Rhein-Main Airport. Due to the short distance to the airport (10 minutes) the location is particularly well suited for international productions.
